The first high-level meeting for Wuhuan Company’s EPCC general contracting project for the energy-saving technology upgrade of coal gasification at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical was held. Recently, the first high-level meeting regarding this project was held, during which discussions were held with the project owner and key stakeholders on the issues arising during its current implementation, in order to ensure that all project milestones are successfully achieved； During the project construction period, all parties must adhere to strict safety standards, ensuring that both epidemic prevention and control and project production are pursued simultaneously without neglecting either. Project Overview: The EPCC turnkey project for the energy-saving technology upgrade of coal gasification in Chongqing Xiangyu Salt and Chemical Industry is located in Wanzhou District, Chongqing. The construction scale includes: a 300,000 tons per year ammonia synthesis plant, an air separation unit, a gasification unit, a purification unit, along with the associated utility systems (excluding boilers) and auxiliary facilities. The completion of this project represents an innovation in the energy-saving process technologies for existing ammonia synthesis plants; by reducing energy consumption, it plays a significant role in effectively controlling the overall environmental emissions in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
