At the beginning of this integration, faced with the practical challenges posed by the significant differences in the nature of coal mining and the chemical industry, as well as the diverse cultural perspectives of its employees, Future Energy prioritized ideological integration. The number of incidents related to disruptions in chemical production units decreased by 33% on a year-on-year basis, while the operation of boilers and gasifiers reached their best levels ever. Furthermore, Future Energy coordinates the differentiated development of industries among enterprises such as the coal-to-oil subsidiary, Yulin Energy Chemicals, and Rongxin Chemicals, facilitates the sharing of raw materials among them, makes overall plans for downstream products, and promotes integrated development. Innovation drives progress: Over the past year, Future Energy has made steady progress on its path toward transformation and upgrading, using innovation to foster a new ecosystem for efficient production. The future energy sector will establish a collaborative innovation mechanism involving industry, academia, research institutions, and end-users, and complete various technological development projects to provide solid support for the upgrading of existing industries. Yulin Energy Chemical has carried out optimization upgrades to its semi-waste boiler gasification furnaces, thereby improving the operational stability of the facilities; it has been able to operate stably for two consecutive cycles since 2025 ； The Yulin Methanol Plant has collaborated with relevant organizations to develop a pilot-scale DMMn de-aldehyde unit capable of handling 100 tons per batch, in order to further remove trace amounts of formaldehyde from the product, improve its quality, and expand its range of applications ； The coal-to-oil branch has carried out upgrades and renovations on various projects, including the operation of high-power pumps, the lighting in the gasification unit, and the 10kV capacitors in the boiler substation, resulting in a monthly energy savings of 720,000 kWh. At the same time, as the energy sector accelerates its digital transformation, 9.1 million yuan was invested throughout the year to complete 10 projects aimed at creating \"intelligent factories\", thereby pushing chemical production management into a new phase characterized by precision and automation. Following the implementation of the Advanced Process Control (APC) project in the purification workshop of the coal-to-oil branch, the degree of automatic control of the facilities rose to 98%, while the frequency of critical alarms decreased by 80%. This made it the first chemical enterprise under Shandong Energy Group to achieve \"black-screen operation\" for its main facilities. After the implementation of the process intelligence optimization platform for the methanol distillation unit in Yulin Energy Chemical’s Phase I project, the steam consumption per ton of methanol was reduced by 2.5%, resulting in annual savings of over 2 million yuan in steam costs. Rongxin Chemical has implemented APC in 11 of its units, achieving an average automation level of 98.5%; the deviations in key process parameters have decreased by an average of 65%, demonstrating significant benefits from digitalization. Eleven service facilities such as centers for civilized practices in the new era and health stations will be built to high standards ； More than 40 various cultural, sports, and recreational events, as well as activities for family reunions and interactions among young workers, were carefully planned and organized to help internalize cultural values and put them into practice. Dormitory buildings No. 4 and No. 5 have been constructed at Jinjitan, and occupancy is expected to begin by the end of the year, ensuring that workers on the front lines of mining operations have their own private rooms.
