The main components of this stirrer include a motor, reducer, coal distribution tray, tar distributor, radial bearings, and a stirring lower cone. Recently, a leakage was detected in the mixer of Gasification Unit 5, which had a direct impact on safe and stable production. The gasification center took immediate action by formulating a maintenance plan and arranging for the equipment manufacturer to replace the mixer within less than 10 days. On August 10, the maintenance work began. The site for the maintenance was on the 7th floor of the gasification facility, where the indoor temperature was extremely high, reaching over 40 degrees. Despite these difficult conditions, the maintenance workers persevered, overcoming the challenges posed by the high temperatures. In order to meet the deadline, they arrived early and worked late, carrying out their tasks in strict accordance with standardized procedures. During the maintenance process, the person in charge of the center frequently goes to the site to check the quality and progress of the work, and coordinates the resolution of any practical issues. The center’s equipment technicians and safety officers work closely with the maintenance team to provide on-site technical guidance, strengthen safety oversight, and ensure both the quality of the maintenance work and its safety.
