The humic acid urea produced by Xinjiang Xinxinxin Company, under the brand name Heiliwang, has an annual sales volume of 140,000 tons, accounting for 21% of the total national sales. Heiliwang, which contains humic acid urea, is suitable for crop growth and soil improvement. It can be used as a base fertilizer or top dressing to balance the soil’s pH level, promote crop growth, and help farmers increase yields and incomes. It has the ability to inhibit urease activity, delay the decomposition of urea, reduce volatilization, and release nitrogen gradually, thereby prolonging the effectiveness of the fertilizer. It can promote the development of plant roots and nitrogen metabolism within the plants, enhance nitrogen absorption, and improve nitrogen utilization efficiency; it is therefore a high-efficiency urea product. According to the fertilizer efficacy test reports from the Soil and Fertilizer Station of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the College of Agriculture at Shihezi University, the application of humic acid urea produced by Xinjiang Xinxinxin Company via topdressing on cotton resulted in a yield increase of 5.3%–13.8% compared to conventional fertilization, significantly improving the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer.
