Project details: Production facilities include two JND6.25 type coke ovens, along with a coal preparation workshop (including a coal storage area, coal mixing room, crusher room, transfer station, and coal transport corridors), a coking workshop (containing the coke ovens, quenching towers, ground stations for coal loading/unloading and dust removal, as well as a coke screening system, plus facilities for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification as well as waste heat recovery), a dry quenching workshop (including the dry quenching equipment itself, boilers, ground stations for dust removal, and vehicle transfer platforms), a gas purification workshop (including condensation and blower sections, desulfurization and acid production sections, ammonium sulfate production sections, benzene extraction units, oil storage areas, and VOCs treatment systems), and a gas supply workshop (including gas holders and pressure regulation rooms). Production auxiliary facilities: central power distribution station, workshop substation, water pump station, water supply facilities, circulating water systems, phenol-cyanide wastewater treatment plant, reclaimed water treatment plant, refrigeration plant, compressed air station, boiler room, mechanical and electrical instrumentation maintenance room, general warehouse, central laboratory, environmental monitoring station, and other such facilities. Administrative facilities and living amenities: comprehensive administrative building, cafeteria, bathrooms, workshop office buildings, and other facilities. The designed production scale is 1.2 million tons per year. Liupanshui Weiqing Coking Co., Ltd.’s 2-million-ton-per-year coking plant relocation and technological upgrade project. Location of the project: Xinguang Village, Wayaotian, Dashan Town, Panzhou City, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province (Pan Nan Industrial Park). Project details: Annual production capacity of 2 million tons of metallurgical dry quench coke (nominal capacity). The coke ovens to be used are side-loading tamped ovens with a carbonization chamber height of 5.5 meters; the oven bank consists of 4,600 chambers, and a rapid quenching process is employed ； Complementary construction of coal tar and gas purification and recovery systems ； Corresponding safety and environmental protection facilities that must be installed simultaneously in each system ； The comprehensive utilization of gas is directed toward power generation or pipeline transportation as an industrial fuel ； Temporary sand and gravel processing plants and concrete mixing stations are built on-site during project construction ； A dedicated railway line shall be constructed as a supporting facility. The project is constructed in two phases. Phase 1 involves an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of metallurgical dry quench coke, along with the necessary safety and environmental protection facilities; the gas purification system and utility systems are built to match the overall production capacity ； The scale of the second-phase construction is an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of metallurgical dry quench coke, along with the corresponding safety and environmental protection facilities required by relevant regulations.
