Since the 60-day campaign to ensure gas supply safety was launched by the Coal-to-Gas Division on November 1, a total of 39.45 million cubic meters of natural gas have been produced, with 37.5 million cubic meters exported – 4.8 million cubic meters more than the planned export volume, representing a 14.6% exceedance of the plan and thus a successful start to this 100-day campaign. As of 08:00 on the 13th, the coal-to-gas project had produced a total of 802 million cubic meters of natural gas for the whole year. On October 29, the commissioning of the second series of the coal-to-gas project was completed, and the Coal-to-Gas Business Unit held a mobilization meeting for a 60-day campaign themed “Determining production based on coal supply, setting volumes according to sales, striving to increase production and efficiency, and turning losses into profits”. At the meeting, Ren Yanjie, the group’s deputy general manager and head of the business unit, urged all departments to focus on ensuring safe production under high load conditions, to conduct self-inspections, to take their responsibilities seriously, and to fulfill their duties diligently. He emphasized the need to strengthen accountability at all levels in order to ensure safety, increased production, and improved efficiency. The goal is to work hard for 60 days to help the company turn losses into profits in 2021 and achieve even better results. During the battle, Su Junliang, the deputy manager of the Coal-to-Gas Division, actively organized various centers to carry out efforts aimed at saving energy, reducing consumption, as well as conserving water and steam. He urged these centers to think creatively and innovate in order to maintain a balance of water and steam within the system. At the same time, arrangements were made for energy and power conservation management to ensure proper material balance, water balance, steam balance, and electricity balance during periods of high load.
