Niu Fenghua, the group’s finance director; Xu Wenwei, the chief engineer at Xiangfeng Petrochemical; Zhang Jiajia, the group’s deputy human resources manager; and the group’s administrative department were all involved throughout the process, engaging in active communication and exchanges. Yunnan Xiangfeng Tonghui New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established on May 26, 2021. It was founded through a joint investment by Yunnan Xiangfeng Group, which contributed capital via Yunnan Xiangfeng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Tonghui Gas Co., Ltd. Following preliminary discussions, the two parties agreed to establish this company on the principles of equality and mutual benefit, consensus through negotiation, and common development, with the aim of producing and selling electronic-grade ultra-pure ammonia, food additives (liquid carbon dioxide), compressed and liquefied gases (industrial use, high-purity liquid carbon dioxide), and solid carbon dioxide (dry ice) ； A limited company that sells products such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquid ammonia. The ultra-pure ammonia and carbon dioxide recovery project for petroleum fine chemicals carried out by Yunnan Xiangfeng Tonghui New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Xialuluo Village, Anfengying, Anning City, with a planned land area of 25 mu. The establishment of this company marks an acceleration in Yunnan Xiangfeng Group’s transition from the traditional chemical industry to the fine chemicals sector, as well as a deeper pace of reform and development and a stronger growth trajectory for the group.
