Building on efforts such as enhanced routine inspections, alarm management, 6S management, and structured shift handovers, we have ensured proper material balance across the entire plant, arranged for the main production units to operate at full capacity, and pushed for maximum production levels. ”A relevant official from the company’s production planning department said. It is worth noting that Yan’an Energy Chemical Company made full use of its technological advantages to successfully develop the high-melting-transparent plastics K4940 and K4950 for the first time. The quality of these products has been tested by authoritative domestic and international institutions, and they have received positive feedback from the market. PE devices pioneered the ACP twin-reactor series process in China, and successfully developed special materials for drainage pipes, namely YANH3748 and YANH6051. In the first half of the year, high-end polyolefin materials accounted for 57.05% of the total, while materials specifically designed for pipes made up 87.9%. The quality rate of high-grade n-butanol was 95.51%, and all 2-PH products were of first-class quality or higher; thus, the products are steadily moving toward higher end levels and greater customization. At the same time, focusing on economic efficiency and in line with the goal of \"promoting production to gain market share,\" the company makes full use of its integrated R&D, production, and sales capabilities to promptly shift to the production of high-value-added products such as butanol/2-PH, thereby maximizing its profits ； Marketing teams were formed in collaboration with product distribution companies to conduct on-site visits to well-known pipe manufacturing enterprises in Hebei, Shandong, Fujian’s Nachuan, Guizhou’s Qianfeng, Anhui’s Guodeng, and other regions, resulting in the acquisition of 12 new end customers and a continuous increase in the company’s market share.
