To this end, the synthesis facility established a task force to actively communicate with catalyst manufacturers, discuss potential solutions, and review data on the operation of similar projects. Specific measures were proposed and implemented to increase the temperature at the hot spots in the air-cooled reactor; the ratio of thermal load between the air-cooled and air-cooled exchangers was adjusted promptly to ensure that the temperatures in the air-cooled bed layers and after air cooling remained under control. Monitor operating parameters for precise daily management. In response to the high temperatures in summer, Zhongan United formulated a plan for safe operation during this period, detailing the key points and precautions for inspecting the equipment in summer. It also prepared charts showing the locations and parameters that require careful inspection, requiring all employees to study these materials thoroughly and follow them strictly. Any abnormalities detected were to be addressed promptly, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the equipment under high-temperature conditions.
