On October 18, the installation of the crude methanol tank in the methanol division was completed successfully. To conduct a proper water filling test on the tank, the Engineering Management Department, in collaboration with relevant departments and specialized teams as well as the construction unit, referred to the drawings and conducted a thorough inspection of the inside and outside of the tank, as well as of the pipe connections, pipelines, and electrical and instrumentation facilities on-site. Following a post-review of the flushing plan, a comprehensive and thorough pressure testing plan was developed. To save pressure testing time and ensure efficient water filling, the technicians worked through the night to fill the tank, ensuring that the pressure testing could be completed by the next day; this laid the foundation for the subsequent commissioning of the crude methanol tank.
