The over-temperature control of the converter can be achieved using the following methods: 1. Increase the supply of water-coal slurry to enhance the cooling effect. 2. Adjust the gas flow inside the converter to ensure even heat distribution. 3. Enhance the cooling system of the converter, such as by increasing the flow rate of the cooling medium. 4. Reduce the operating temperature or pressure of the converter. 5. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure that there is no carbon buildup or blockages inside the converter. .
