Working together to pursue dreams and drive development, setting sail for a new journey. On December 10, Lu’an Chemical Group held a meeting on aligning production with demand for 2026. Delegates from all over the country, facing the grand prospects of the 15th Five-Year Plan, proactively adapt to changes, strive for innovation and progress, work together to open up new avenues for cooperation, establish new benchmarks for collaboration, and create new achievements in development. Ma Junxiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager of the group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Xu Haidong, the group’s Chief Accountant, gave a welcome speech, and Wang Weimin, the group’s full-time external director, was also present. He said that we have, with the momentum of \"mountains and seas rising together,\" witnessed the unwavering commitment to \"values that bring success to you and me.\" ； With the commitment of \"uniting across mountains and seas,\" we uphold the firm resolve to \"move forward toward the future, working together toward a shared goal.\" ； This year, we must thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, focus on the path of high-quality development, and, with the spirit of \"a symphony of mountains and seas embarking on a new journey,\" continue to write a glorious chapter of \"setting sail for the 15th Five-Year Plan and creating a shared future.\" Ma Junxiang shared his thoughts around the “three sentences”. “Hard work yields fruitful results; working together, we create brilliance. ”Over the years, we have always adhered to the original aspiration of \"listening to the Party and following its lead,\" strengthening our foundation in coal processing, expanding our capabilities in chemical transformations, and maintaining vitality amid the changes of the times. Especially during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Lu’an Chemical Group overcame numerous challenges and achieved significant results in terms of reform and development. Notable accomplishments were made in advancing the intelligentization of mines, deepening the integrated development of coal and chemical industries, and implementing green development concepts. All of this would not have been possible without the strong support of our partners. We will adhere to the requirements of \"energy transformation, industrial upgrading, and moderate diversified development,\" focus on our core responsibilities and main tasks, continuously optimize a modern industrial system that features Lu’an’s strengths and comparative advantages, and strive to create new models for the green extraction of coal and the provision of clean energy, as well as for integrated development in the energy and chemical sectors. Focus on value creation and deepen the supply-demand coordination mechanism. We will continue to improve our lean management capabilities, applying the \"customer-centric\" philosophy throughout the entire production and operation process. Focus on reform and innovation to enhance core competitiveness. We will closely follow the direction and key priorities of the new round of state-owned enterprise reforms, and continue to make efforts in the three areas of technological innovation, digital transformation, and management reform. “Working together toward the future, the symphony of mountains and seas embarks on a new journey. ”The future has arrived; only the pioneers are ahead. “The 15th Five-Year Plan proposal clearly calls for adhering to the directions of intelligence, sustainability, and integration. Ma Junxiang said that we firmly believe that only by upholding integrity and strengthening collaboration can we stay at the forefront in the tide of the times ； Only by keeping the bigger picture in mind and helping one another can we move forward steadily on the path of development. Starting from this new phase of the 15th Five-Year Plan, we are willing to \"work hand in hand with capable individuals and walk alongside giants.\" With higher-quality products, more efficient services, and an open attitude, we will use coal as a medium, chemistry as a bridge, and innovation as a sail to work together with our partners to meet the challenges of the times and build a brighter future together. In his speech, Xu Haidong said that over the past year, we have worked together to address the major issues facing the country, standing side by side to overcome difficulties, coordinating our efforts and finding common solutions; as a result, the foundations of our cooperation have become stronger and the bonds linking us have grown tighter. Standing at the historical intersection of the conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan, looking toward the future, Lu’an Chemical Group is willing to use the principle of \"creating value for all\" as a bond to work hand in hand with its partners to build a community with a shared destiny characterized by deep collaboration. At the meeting, Ma Xizhong, Director of the Freight Department of China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co., Ltd., and Chen Yongbin, Director of the Bulk Marketing Office of the Freight Department of China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd., spoke as guest representatives. Feng Yu, vice president of the China Coal Transport and Marketing Association and head of the Anthracite Professional Committee, delivered a special report titled \"Evolution of the Thermal Coal and Anthracite Markets in 2025 and Prospects for 2026\" ； Yuan Tiantian, General Manager of the Transaction Banking Department at SPDB Taiyuan Branch, delivered a special presentation titled \"The Future of Supply Chains and the Role of Finance in Empowering Them\" ； Zong Yanbing, Dean of the School of Advanced Engineers at University of Science and Technology Beijing, Executive Dean of the **School of Outstanding Engineers, and professor, delivered a special lecture titled \"Application of Lu’an Coal’s Clean and Efficient Injection Technology in Reducing Carbon Emissions and Improving Efficiency in the Steel Industry.\" Representatives from key partner companies delivered speeches, including Fang Qingzhou, Deputy General Manager of the Raw Material Procurement Center at Baosteel Co., Ltd. under the BAOWU Group; Tian Jinzhong, Member of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Procurement Center at Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd.; Zhang Gang, Deputy General Manager of the Materials Procurement Center at Ansteel Co., Ltd.; Sun Xiang, President of Hebei Xinhua United Metallurgy Holding Group Co., Ltd.; Batel, Deputy General Manager of the Fuel Division at China Resources Power Holdings Limited; and Si Chuanyu, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Shandong Hengxin Group Co., Ltd. The meeting put forward collaborative suggestions for strengthening joint efforts in promoting integrity, and provided an overview of the group’s coal production and demand balance for 2026, as well as its competitive chemical products. The attendees also watched the promotional video titled “Symphony of Mountains and Seas: Embarking on a New Journey” together.
