Multiple units at Jinxin Chemical achieved the first \"100-day run\" in 2022. Author/Source: Yuntianhua Group Date: 2022-03-07 Clicks: 19 On February 21, 2022, Jinxin Chemical’s 3# BGL gasifier and ammonia synthesis unit operated safely, stably, and continuously for 100 days, achieving the first \"100-day run\" of the year. Meanwhile, the large air separation unit as well as boilers No. 1, No. 2, and No. 4 each managed to operate simultaneously for 100 days. On February 28 and March 2, the Shell unit and the No. 2 BGL gasifier achieved a 100-day milestone. In May 2008, Jinxin Chemical’s project to produce 500,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 800,000 tons of urea per year was officially launched in Hulunbuir. To ensure the safe and stable operation of the facilities, the entrepreneurs worked hard day and night in the northern regions of the country, overcoming numerous challenges such as prolonged low temperatures and extreme cold, ecological protection issues related to the grasslands, poor transportation conditions, and a shortage of skilled personnel. Finally, in March 2015, the synthetic ammonia production facility achieved its first “100-day run.” To date, Jinxin Chemical’s synthetic ammonia facility has had 9 such 100-day runs, while its urea production facility has had 3, and Shell’s facilities have had 6. Among these, the synthetic ammonia facility operated continuously for 239 days, Shell’s facilities for 196 days, and the BGL gasifier for 263 days – all setting new records.
