Based on the actual circumstances of this driving test and system optimization, we thoroughly summarize the strengths, achievements, and good practices, while reflecting on the shortcomings and existing problems. Zhao Yun, assistant to the general manager, noted that through the joint efforts of all employees in the various factories, it was possible to complete the entire process in 65.5 hours, resulting in the production of methanol. The two reactors were connected to the gas supply within 68 hours. This startup process was the fastest since the plant began operations, allowing the scheduled milestones to be met ahead of schedule and thus saving costs associated with the startup process. Regarding this startup process, Zhao Yun summarized that the long time required for the shift in gas reception, as well as the premature startup of the syngas compression units, led to wasted steam consumption and the activation of the vent valves in the shift deaerator; it is therefore necessary to strengthen the verification of all tasks prior to startup ； The concept behind clearly reducing the time spent driving is to achieve economic benefits; it involves further optimizing operating conditions and finding ways to save every drop of water, every unit of electricity, and every piece of coal, in order to reduce various consumption levels and make full use of everything available ； Adjust the operating conditions as soon as possible to achieve stable high-load operation of the device.
