Our company currently has a deep-processing production line for tar with an annual capacity of 1.08 million tons, which generates approximately 20,000 tons of sodium phenolate solids per year. As environmental standards become stricter, sodium cresolate is treated as solid waste; therefore, it requires handling by specialized, qualified companies, and significant processing costs must be incurred. It is planned to install a new phenolate decomposition unit to process 40,000 tons of sodium phenolate solution per year, along with a new refined phenol unit capable of processing 20,000 tons of crude phenol per year. Further process the existing approximately 20,000 tons per year of sodium phenolate solids into products. 40,000 tons of neutral sodium phenolate solutions are processed each year, with the sodium phenolate content in these solutions being around 25% (w/w).
