Building on its successful start in January, the factory continued to optimize its operations and placed strong emphasis on safe production. Especially after the outbreak of the epidemic in Jilin City, the factory strictly complied with all the company’s requirements regarding epidemic prevention and control. More than 400 managers and employees stayed on site to work hard toward achieving success in both epidemic prevention and control as well as safe production. The plant firmly upholds the principles that \"stability is the greatest benefit\" and \"safety comes first, with everything else subordinating to it\". It strictly adheres to the requirements of \"precision in all aspects\", addresses potential hazards promptly, and ensures the safe and stable operation of the facilities. On March 4, the employees in the synthetic ammonia workshop monitored the systems carefully and detected promptly that a control valve had failed and closed. The crew on duty reacted quickly and carried out precise emergency responses, successfully preventing accidents such as a full shutdown of the synthetic ammonia plant or damage to the quenching ring of the gasifier. On March 25, employees in the plant’s ammonia synthesis workshop conducted thorough inspections and discovered a leak at the weld seam before the pressure guiding pipeline valve of the cooling water flow meter in Gasifier No. 1. They reported this issue promptly, and the workshop activated its emergency response plan, quickly ordering the shutdown of Gasifier No. 1 to prevent further accidents. Currently, the oil feeding rate to the ammonia synthesis plant has been increased to full capacity.
