To ensure the high-quality operation of the circulating water system and improve the cooling efficiency of the heat exchangers in the chemical processing units, the upgrade project for the circulating water system of System No. 2 in the gasification workshop of Jinfeng Xifeng Aviation was recently completed successfully. It is understood that during the upgrade and renovation of the circulating water system in System 2 of the gasification workshop, the company established a task force for the renovation of this circulating water system. The gasification workshop, together with the maintenance workshop, selected highly skilled personnel to work together to overcome challenges and tackle the difficulties head-on. The renovation process broke down the circulating water system improvement into three sub-projects: the enhancement of the cooling tower system, the expansion of the water pumps, and the integration with new systems. By pooling collective wisdom, a series of detailed and thorough implementation plans were developed and put into practice. During the improvement of the circulating water system, the task force remained on site to guide and assist the staff at the Gasification Utility Center in overcoming various difficulties and issues that arose during the project’s implementation. With a determination akin to that of driving nails into place, they pursued their goals with unwavering commitment, working tirelessly to keep up with the schedule, and ultimately delivered a satisfactory result. With the strong support and guidance of the company, and through a series of comprehensive renovations coupled with improved management and optimized operations, the gasification circulating water system has seen an unprecedented level of improvement. After the renovation, the heat exchange efficiency of the gasification scrubber tower can be improved, and its service life extended; maintenance costs as well as costs associated with equipment replacement will be significantly reduced. This ensures the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the No. 2 gasification unit in the future, thereby enhancing the quality and efficiency of gasification production.
