Package C: Sampling devices for ammonia synthesis units (liquid), 14 units in total; technical parameters are detailed in the technical specifications, with a delivery time of 3 months. Package D: Sampling devices for ammonia synthesis units (gaseous), 14 units in total; technical parameters are detailed in the technical specifications, with a delivery time of 3 months. Note: 1. The device names, quantities, and technical parameters for each package are subject to the technical specifications, and the final quantities will be determined based on the buyer’s final drawings. 2. The tenderer has the right, based on the bidding situation and the overall requirements for project progress, to divide the equipment included in the package and award separate contracts for each item to different winning bidders. 3. Joint bids are not accepted for this tender. III. Qualification requirements for suppliers 1. The bidder must be an entity registered in China with independent legal person status, and possess the ability to assume civil liability independently ； Good financial condition, with bank credit certificates or an AAA rating for corporate financial credit ； 2. Qualification requirements: The manufacturing unit requires that the bidding entity have a registered capital of 50 million yuan or more ； The registered capital required for agents of imported brands is 10 million yuan (inclusive) or more. Import brand agents must obtain an exclusive authorization from the import brand for this project. 3. When bidding, the manufacturer of the sampler must provide evidence of 3 cases of its products having been used in the domestic chemical industry or similar production facilities over the past decade, along with a list of such projects accompanied by scanned copies of the contracts for verification. 4. Other qualification requirements specified in the tender documents; in the event of any discrepancy between the qualification requirements stated in this announcement and those described in the tender documents, the provisions of the tender documents shall prevail. 5. The ability to perform the contract, including the required professional and technical qualifications and capabilities, financial resources, equipment and other facilities, management skills, experience, reputation, and appropriate personnel ； 6. Not under a suspension order, with disqualified bidding rights, or with assets seized, frozen, or in a state of bankruptcy ； 7.
