By fulfilling their responsibilities in ensuring supply, sales, and transportation, these facilities transported approximately 6.55 million tons of raw coal, about 2.15 million tons of fuel coal, around 290,000 tons of liquid products (such as mixed tetrahydrocarbons, propane, MTBE, heavy olefins, methanol, etc.). They also shipped approximately 1.4 million tons of polyolefin pellets, and transported about 2.8 million tons of ash and slag. The storage and consumption rates for raw and fuel coal are 0.47% and 0.33%, respectively, which are far below the standard of 0.8% ； When the fuel gas flow for the torch is reduced to below 300 Nm3/h, economic benefits of approximately 3.44 million yuan can be achieved ； By incorporating coal slime into the combustion process and reusing fine slag, acting as an effective \"formulator,\" a total savings of 2.18 million yuan was achieved ； Exploring the use of 0.14mm FFS heavy film led to cost savings in packaging materials, generating benefits of around 6.56 million yuan. To make full use of the advantages offered by the railway transport within the factory and increase the volume of shipments by train, the goal is to achieve 41,000 tons of shipments per month, thereby reducing logistics costs by approximately 25.75 million yuan throughout the year.
