At 21:58 on August 22, the trial operation of the motors of the three high-pressure boiler feed pumps, along with their liquid couplings, in the Xinlianxin Jiujiang project was finished; this marked the completion of the manufacturing, supervision, installation, quality control, and initial joint testing of these three key Class A equipment units in the heat recovery section. The high-pressure boiler feed pump in the heat recovery section is characterized by high pressure, high power, high speed of rotation, complex structure, strict requirements regarding vibration levels, and precise control over the time it takes for the pump to start up. To ensure the successful first-time commissioning of the high-pressure boiler feed water pump, the project team strictly controlled the installation quality and paid meticulous attention to detail. Communicate with the person in charge of the installation team on-site regarding installation precautions and standards, and maintain regular communication with Xinxiang headquarters as well as other companies in the same industry and equipment manufacturers to continuously accumulate experience, learn from each other’s strengths, and pay close attention to every detail. Keep the coupling alignment within 5 threads; inspect the bearing shells before starting up, carefully check their condition during operation, measure the gaps, and make appropriate adjustments to the oil circulation system.
