Recently, the structure of the substation and cabinet room for the methanol synthesis unit in Phase 1 of Project 2 of Yulin Chemical, Shaanxi Coal Group, was completed simultaneously, thanks to the general contracting by Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., which is affiliated with China National Chemical Engineering Corporation. This marks an important milestone in the project’s development, laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction work. Faced with the challenging construction conditions such as low temperatures and severe cold in the area where the project is located during winter, the project team carried out scientific planning and thorough arrangements. It conducted risk assessments in advance, developed special plans for winter construction, and systematically strengthened process management in areas such as resource allocation, schedule management, safety control, and quality supervision. During the construction process, the project team took a series of measures such as improving the quality management system, increasing the frequency of on-site inspections, implementing insulation measures, and optimizing the work plan, to effectively ensure the safety and reliability of construction in winter. Next, the project team will continue to uphold the \"Six Dedications\" spirit of Chinese chemical engineering, carry out subsequent construction tasks safely and efficiently, ensure that the project is completed to high standards on schedule, and deliver a high-quality project to the client.
