Recently, the Changshou District Ecology and Environment Bureau accepted the expansion project for the fluorine-nitrogen mixed gas facility of Ouzhong Electronic Materials (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. and made it public. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Expansion project for the fluorine-nitrogen gas mixture production facility ； Construction unit: Ouzhong Electronic Materials (Chongqing) Co., Ltd ； Construction location: No. 1, Qixin West First Road, Changshou District, Chongqing ； Project nature: Expansion ； Project investment: 5 million yuan ； Construction contents: Two additional electrolytic fluorine production units will be installed in the existing Production Workshop III to produce fluorine gas. The existing gas filling equipment in the workshop will be utilized for the preparation and filling of electron-grade fluorine-nitrogen mixtures. Upon completion of this project, the annual production capacity of electron-grade fluorine-nitrogen mixtures will be 24.13 tons per year, bringing the total production capacity of such mixtures across the entire plant to 48.26 tons per year.
