A new energy and new materials project worth 5 billion yuan has been established in Fushun, according to Sinochem New Network on July 24, 2025. As reported by Fushun Media, on July 21, a ceremony was held in Fushun County, Zigong City, for the signing of contracts related to new energy and new materials projects; four projects were signed there, with a total value of 5 billion yuan, covering industries such as electronic-grade silane gas and isostatic graphite materials. The integrated silicon-based new materials industry chain project under consideration in this agreement is jointly funded by Xi’an Xifei Linghang Technology Co., Ltd. and Baoding Northern Special Gas Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 3 billion yuan and an area of 500 mu. The production lines for 5,000 tons per year of electronic-grade silanes and 3,000 tons per year of electronic-grade methyltrichlorosilane will be built in two phases. Upon completion, the project will effectively fill the gap in the high-end electronic specialty gas industry in the southwest region. The high-purity graphite new material project has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan and covers an area of 400 mu; it is designed to produce 15,000 tons per year of high-purity isostatically pressed graphite.
