On April 20, the monitoring report on the environmental protection acceptance inspection for the sulfur hexafluoride high-purity electronic-grade gas project of Sichuan Zhongqi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was made public. Upon completion of this project, the entire plant will have the capacity to produce 10,000 tons per year of high-purity sulfur hexafluoride, 2,500 tons per year of carbon tetrafluoride, 5,000 tons per year of nitrogen trifluoride, 300 tons per year of octafluoropropane, and 200 tons per year of a mixture of fluorine gases. Additionally, it will be able to produce 11,330 tons per year of hydrofluoric acid, 1,150 tons per year of nickel hydroxide, 1,045 tons per year of hydrogen, and 140 tons per year of perfluoroheptane as by-products.
