The Indonesian project places extremely stringent requirements on the flow, pressure and reliability of slurry conveying equipment. For a long time, this type of ultra-large size diaphragm pumps have been monopolized by a few European and American companies. CNMC Pump Industry successfully signed a contract for 12 sets of DGMB400/18A three-cylinder single-acting diaphragm pumps with an Indonesian project. During the research and development process, through optimized flow channel design and dual-stage pulsation suppression technology, the equipment's adaptability to complex media such as laterite nickel ore and tailings was greatly improved, and energy consumption and wear during the transportation process were effectively reduced. These 12 diaphragm pumps will directly serve the tailings treatment and long-distance transportation links of the Indonesian nickel mine project, helping users achieve efficient, safe, and green production goals.
