Hello, experts. Our factory currently uses 2RGB-75T double-hose pumps to transport slurry; the pipeline for transporting the slurry is about 800 meters long and lies on a gentle slope. Do any of you have any pump equipment that you could recommend? During the summer, when temperatures are high and the volume of material is large, transportation becomes difficult, and the cost of hoses also increases significantly. I would appreciate it if experts could recommend new types of transportation equipment
Hose pumps are more suitable for such operating conditions; perhaps the rotation speed is too high in order to achieve the desired flow rate, which causes the pipes to wear out quickly. You get what you pay for.
