The first set of 6.78 m SCP integrated ramming-type coke ovens, being too heavy, has been successfully commissioned after coke production began. This is the largest integrated ramming coke oven unit designed and manufactured by Tai Zhong Company, with the highest specifications, coal charging capacity, and coke production volume in this series in China. This set of coke oven machinery will be used in key pilot projects in the coking industry of Shanxi Province. The successful commissioning of this 6.78 m rammed coke oven machinery set will further enhance Taiyuan Heavy Industry’s position and market competitiveness in the field of large-scale rammed coke ovens. By \"large,\" it is meant a high annual production capacity; this set of coke oven machinery is capable of producing 1.8 million tons of coke per year, which represents an increase of 300,000 tons compared to the annual output of 6.25 m SCP integrated ramming coke oven equipment. With the implementation of increasingly strict environmental protection policies and the ongoing phase-out of outdated production capacities, various technologies in the coking industry are evolving toward larger scale, greater intelligence, and greener practices. The core technology behind these rammed coke ovens introduced to the market is fully in line with this trend; it was entirely designed by TaiZhong itself. For the first time among similar products, operation management and furnace identification systems are used for planning operations and transmitting location signals. By enabling automatic movement and positioning of the vehicles, these systems facilitate fully automated cyclic operations, achieving a level that is ahead of that in China. Furthermore, to address the issue of dust emissions from coke oven equipment, a high-negative-pressure dust removal system equipped with patented technology has been installed. This system captures dust through both suction and storage methods, effectively preventing the dispersion of dust during coke pushing and coal loading processes. By addressing pollution at its source, reducing emissions during production, and implementing effective treatment measures, a closed-loop system is created that makes the entire production site cleaner and more environmentally friendly, enabling compliance with **the lowest emission standards and achieving operation without visible dust. Next, Tai Chong Company will focus on the intelligent control system for \"one-key coking,\" continuously working on the core technologies related to coking equipment as well as the key challenges that hinder progress, in order to improve the performance of equipment used in various types of coke ovens.
