Xiamen Tungsten New Energy announces new project to produce 5,000 tons of hydrogen storage materials per year 2025-11-19 14:14:44 On November 18, Xiamen Tungsten New Energy issued a statement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary Xiamen Tungsten Hydrogen Energy plans to invest 236.88 million yuan in building a facility capable of producing 5,000 tons of hydrogen-related materials and 7,000 tons of functional materials per year; the funds for this project will come from both internal resources and loans. The project involves building production lines capable of manufacturing 5,000 tons per year of hydrogen-related materials (including hydrogen storage alloy powder and solid-state hydrogen storage devices), as well as 7,000 tons per year of functional materials, through equipment procurement and other means. The project construction period is 26 months, with commissioning scheduled for January 2028. This project will not have a significant impact on the company’s financial conditions and operating results for the current year in the short term.
