Yesterday, I accompanied my wife to watch a TV drama, and there was a line in it that resonated deeply with me. “In this workplace, there’s only one three-word rule: either “endure,” or be “fierce,” or “leave.” ”It’s inevitable to feel frustrated. Upon self-analysis, I realize that I still can’t be tough enough or endure long enough; in the end, I end up trapped in a cycle of constantly struggling. One can’t help but sigh that workplaces are truly like battlefields; those who cannot see tangible results or direct impacts of their efforts are forced to engage in grueling labor. That’s how things are; once one chooses to endure, they are forced to keep putting up with harassment and submission. Once the limit of endurance is reached, it’s time to consider leaving. Having been in the workplace for nearly a few years now, I can’t help but feel sighful.
It depends on your mindset; if you want to get promoted, these three sentences can be useful.
The summary is good; it’s the same when it comes to being a person. There’s nothing new under the sun; old Shakespeare was right: To be, or not to be, that is the question. We’re all used to muddling through life; if we lack the determination or the toughness to do so, we have no choice but to give up, otherwise even living in this way becomes uncomfortable.
Think about yourself: you lack the emotional intelligence to hold back, you have no fierce strength or tactics, and even rolling away is a difficult decision for you
It’s fine; after using it for a while, you’ll get used to it:*lol
Either “endure,” or be “fierce,” or “leave.” It’s too contradictory – grasshoppers on the same string
Got shot; can’t even run away properly. What to do?
