Dear experts: Does anyone have a template for equipment records? Could you share it with me for reference? They need to be established for the equipment used in each plant area; these generally include PID settings, medium type, temperature, pressure, flow rate, alarm values, measurement range, and the model of the instruments used, etc
The ledger includes basic data such as the specifications and materials of the equipment’s main components, accessories, and wear-prone parts, as well as all records of inspections, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades up to the end of the equipment’s service life. One record per device is required.
The equipment register should include at least the following information: 1. Equipment manufacturer, installation date, commissioning date, name, and tag number； 2. Process parameters for equipment design: pressure, temperature, medium, etc ； 3. Equipment maintenance records, major accident records, non-destructive testing records, equipment integrity rate, equipment operation rate, etc.
There should be templates available online; it’s not difficult to find them by searching on Baidu
