After the pre-sulfurization of the desulfurization system in the dry gas hydrogen production unit is completed, nitrogen is introduced to raise the pressure to 30 kilograms, and then the feed gas is added slowly at a load of around 30%. Once the tests show satisfactory results, the gas can be fed into the conversion system. At this point, the reduction in the conversion system has been completed; it remains in a cyclic state within the conversion system and has reached the feeding conditions, with a pressure of around 10 kilograms. After feeding into the conversion system at this point, does the system continue to cycle until the operating pressure is reached, or does it stop cycling as soon as feeding begins?

It is possible to keep the cycle running while allowing partial venting; moreover, the refining desulfurization system should not be integrated into the conversion system all at once. It should be integrated gradually while venting at the same time, otherwise integrating it entirely into the conversion system would cause a sharp drop in the temperature of the conversion furnace, making it difficult to control and resulting in large fluctuations.
