The project owner is facing the following situation: it is necessary to measure the level of saturated heavy wax in a vertical tank, with an operating temperature of 280°C and an operating pressure of 2.5 MPaG. Since it is a saturated wax, the region above the liquid level in the equipment is a gas-liquid mixture, with a density of approximately 20 kg/m3. Obviously, the radar will not work under such conditions; it is recommended to use a radio frequency admittance level gauge. Imported ones are relatively expensive; among domestic options, Yueyang Boruitai has relevant usage experience.
