How should the equipment in an ethylene oxide production plant be arranged

I really don’t know how to arrange the equipment. For example, I have no idea where to place each tower, or how to arrange the condensers, reactors, pumps, etc. It’s completely confusing; I’ve never been to a chemical plant before, so how could I know? So, how exactly should I draw it? Can someone teach me?

When seeking a design firm, don’t try to save money – ethylene oxide is extremely dangerous; proper measures must be taken for venting, waste discharge, and pressure relief. Most of the larger companies in China have worked with SD, SHELL, and DOW, so the design will definitely be of high quality
