(its production base), is seeking 2 EHS engineers. Job requirements: 1. A college degree or above, in a field related to safety management; 2. At least two years of experience in safety management; 3. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations at the national, regional, and industry levels; 4. Knowledge of safety management, along with the ability to organize and establish safety management systems and implement them effectively; 5. The capability to handle various safety emergencies and know the appropriate methods to do so; 6. Possession of relevant certification for working in safety-related roles. Responsibilities: 1. Departmental management: system management, personnel management, goal setting, employee motivation, etc.; 2. Safety and fire management: establishing and enforcing the company’s safety management systems, overseeing the three-level training for new employees, ensuring that employees comply with safety rules and procedures, regularly checking departmental equipment, tools, and safety facilities. In the event of serious safety incidents, it is necessary to report to the safety committee and relevant departments promptly, organize rescue efforts, preserve the scene, and participate in safety training; 3. Safety production management: improving and perfecting the safety production system, responsible for safety inspections, addressing potential hazards, managing hazardous operations, handling safety issues related to chemicals, managing mechanical equipment, ensuring electrical safety, handling fire and explosion prevention, managing the factory environment and working conditions, as well as managing occupational health in the workplace.
