Hello, fellow sea professionals~~ I have two types of materials here that need to undergo solid-liquid separation. Do you have any suitable equipment recommendations? 1. Material 1 consists of chlorobenzene, water, and flocs (solid); the particle size of the flocs is approximately 1 micron. There is about 3400 kg of chlorobenzene, about 1500 kg of water, and approximately 200 kg of sodium chloride. 2. Material 2 consists of chlorobenzene, HCl, and ammonium chloride (solid); the particle size of ammonium chloride is approximately 74 microns, there is about 3400 kg of chlorobenzene, and about 30 kg of HCl. 1 micron? Floculate first; otherwise, it will be difficult to filter in one go.
Will flocculation introduce impurities? Both solids and liquids are the target products. .
Once the solid content reaches a certain level, flocculation is not necessary, allowing for recovery
Filter through filter paper under vacuum; if there isn’t enough material, consider pressure filtration. Filter bags with a size of 0.5 microns are available now
