What issues should be considered when pre-sulfuring with dimethyldisulfide for hydrogen production? How should pressure and temperature be controlled?
During vulcanization, the manufacturer will provide a vulcanization plan; just follow that plan. Make sure not to raise the temperature too quickly, and avoid exceeding the allowable temperature of the bed layer. There are a few temperature points that require special attention
Pressure control is achieved through the pressure at the compressor inlet (the opening degree of the nitrogen make-up valve and the regulating valve on the compressor return line), while temperature control is accomplished by adjusting the volume of gas used in the feed gas heater.
