I want to join SEI or Global; I’m not sure if these qualifications are sufficient

Graduated with a master’s degree in oil and gas storage and transportation; senior engineer. Holds qualifications as a registered first-class construction engineer, registered consulting engineer, and registered chemical engineering engineer. Worked as an operator and process engineer in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation units at a renowned Sinopec refinery for 3 years, and as a process designer at the Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry for 6 years. Participated in the entire process of bidding, contract negotiation, process design, commissioning, and performance evaluation for 2 large-scale EPCC projects abroad
There are several requirements to enter SEI or Global College: 1. Academic qualifications – you should meet them； 2. You should also meet the requirements regarding work experience. However, to join these two engineering design firms, other conditions are required, such as whether there are available positions at the employer ； Are they satisfied with your potential work ability ； Will your salary and benefits requirements be met by them ； Can your relationships help you get included in their social recruitment process? ； Wait. It’s not the case that just because you think you’re excellent or already are, you can work at a company of your choice; it also depends on whether there are opportunities and positions there that you consider suitable, as well as those that they think would be suitable for you.

Especially when you have some experience, working in a state-owned enterprise comes with many restrictions. In such companies, ability isn’t that important – what really matters is maintaining good relationships.
