What are the requirements before filling a liquid chlorine cylinder? I would appreciate guidance from those experienced in this field.
Check the appearance of the gas cylinder, the paint color and markings, the stamp marks, the inspection date, and whether all safety accessories are present; also check whether the cylinder valve and fusible plug are in good condition, and whether there is any related documentation’’
