Double-flange differential pressure transmitters – which companies can repair them? Capillary replacement, silicone oil filling, flange and diaphragm fabrication.
It was repaired by the transmitter manufacturer. We once had a double-flange level transmitter whose diaphragm bag was damaged; it was taken to a manufacturer in Dalian for repair, and the cost was very high.
It’s best to consult the original manufacturer...
Just replace it with a new one; it’s not worth repairing.
The best solution is to have the supplier carry out the repair
If it’s the capillary that’s damaged, the cost of replacing it is roughly the same as buying a new one
Can’t you ask the manufacturer where it was bought?
The repair costs for imported instruments are very high. In the case of a Rosemount pressure transducer, if only the circuit board is damaged, the price quoted by the manufacturer for that circuit board is almost equal to the cost of the entire instrument. What does that mean? To force you to buy a new one, right?:@
