The dust content in the flue gas is 400 mg/m3. The reserve levels in equipment such as those used for external sampling do not change much. What could be the reason for this?

Verify the automatic activation of the check valve as well as any changes in its on/off status ; 4. Confirm the change in differential pressure for three instruments or two instruments ;
The steam flow for stripping is normal; The loose air and steam on the startup riser both passed through the orifice plate, and it was also shut off in sequence, with no effect ; Once the feed stop valve is operating in automatic mode properly, the material level in the gas section remains stable ; The differential pressure between the two devices is normal
Check whether there is a leak in the heat extraction tubes, and whether local thermal collapse has occurred in the dense-phase bed, possibly near the material level measurement point. Of course, it is best to first use counterflow air to treat the level measurement instrument in order to determine whether the measured value is accurate.
Check the reasons on the upper floor as well, and also look into the actual flow rate and any issues with the instruments.
Check whether the steam contains water, which may lead to an increase in catalyst fines. .
Material feeding down the inclined tube is not smooth. Is the oxygen content highly variable?
Check and confirm the conditions of the stripping steam, the loose points in the raw catalyst riser, the automatic opening and closing of the check valves, the catalyst circulation rate, and the pressure difference between the two vessels. Finally, check again for any leaks in the external heat extraction system, as well as to see if there is any water present in the other vapors.
You need to compare and examine the relevant parameters to determine which one triggers first, and then verify this using other parameters!
It is likely a gauge issue, or it could be due to backflow fluctuations or clogged pressure tapping pipes.
