High-temperature and high-pressure steam; the pipe material is 12Cr1MoVG. What material should be used for the valves? Are there any standards or guidelines available to refer to? I’d like to ask the experts, thank you
It depends on the design pressure and temperature of the pipeline, I guess
The maximum operating temperature for 12Cr1MoVG is 580°C; for valve materials, WC9 is used when the temperature of the internal medium is high, and WC6 is used when it is low
In terms of material comparison, A182 F11 is relatively similar
