In an era that encourages the use of domestic products instead of imported ones, the fluorine-lined plug valves developed and produced by our company have been used in the nitrobenzene production process of a certain facility, replacing the expensive foreign brands that were being used there and which performed poorly (with serious leakage issues). (Design temperature: 150°C, operating temperature: 138°C; medium: 3% nitric acid, 68% sulfuric acid, along with small amounts of organic substances such as nitrobenzene and benzene.) Fluorinated-lined plug valves with diameters of DN50–150, and pressure ratings of 150LB and 300LB, can perfectly replace imported versions, saving owners a significant amount of money as well as time costs (the delivery time for imported products is very long)
