Selection of sealing materials for oxygen valves

The high-pressure oxygen boundary valve is a manual butterfly valve (three-eccentric structure, CL900). Can STL cladding material be used for the sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat? Does it violate IGC requirements regarding exemption from pressure? Thank you to all the experts~~
The interest isn’t high, so let me share my personal opinion first. According to EIGA IGC Doc 13/12/E, the allowable pressure for STL6 is 3.6 MPa. Does this mean that at pressures above 3.6 MPa, STL6 is not suitable for use? Are there any requirements and restrictions on flow rate?
