Gentlemen, where can I find the definitions of small-diameter pipes, medium-diameter pipes, and large-diameter pipes in industrial pipelines? In which standard are they specified?
There’s no need to take approximate macro terms seriously. Pipes with a diameter of less than DN100 are considered small-diameter pipes, those with a diameter ranging from DN100 to DN500 are medium-diameter pipes, and those with a diameter greater than DN500 are large-diameter pipes. Thank you! According to the two supervision regulations, the diameter of the small pipes should be ≤25, but I think it’s better to make it a bit larger, as I intend to keep a record of these small pipes; therefore I want to have a comprehensive understanding of them.
