Which position does the wall thickness of the elbow refer to?

The ND100*5.0 elbow – does this 5.0mm refer to the thickness of the end of the elbow? ? ? Someone with experience, please let me know. Are there any standards or catalogs that specify the thicknesses of elbows and other pipe fittings?
