Take a look at the attached diagram – what does the circle represent?
Plug the pipe. We generally thread a short pipe below the valve on site and screw on an internal threaded cap.
It doesn’t seem to be the case; this is also indicated after the inlet and outlet discharge valves of the pump
Does this mean to let one’s mind wander? Do the pump inlet and outlet mean to drain completely? I’m not sure if it’s correct
What’s the point of adding a valve and a cap as well?
It doesn’t make sense to talk about pipe blockages; take pumps for example – I’ve never seen any pipe blockages in the field
