May I ask, in actual production, is it still necessary to machine the inner diameter of the cast butterfly valve body? What are the typical machining surfaces of a large butterfly valve body?
Eccentric butterfly valve: the inner diameter of the valve body, the valve seat in the valve body, flange dimensions – all these need to be machined, including the upper, lower, and middle sections
No matter what type of valve body it is, the interior must be machined
All of them require processing; the casting accuracy has too large a deviation
According to the process requirements, the sealing surfaces and assembly fit. . . All undergo processing from rough to fine stages, in order to achieve the required dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, and form and position tolerances
