On October 27th, after the heating surfaces of Inner Mongolia Jutai New Materials’ No. 3 boiler were fully installed, the hydraulic test was successful from the first try. This test provided a comprehensive assessment of the overall strength of the boiler’s steam and water systems, the stress conditions under expansion, the quality of welds, the tightness of valves, as well as the load-bearing capacity of the boiler’s steel framework and the quality of installation of its pressure-bearing components, all in order to ensure safe and reliable operation. To ensure that the boiler’s hydrostatic test is successful on the first attempt, the relevant departments of the company carefully approve the test plan, and work closely with the construction and supervision teams to strictly control various aspects of the test, including weld inspection, weld quality, water quality monitoring, water filling temperature, and pressure stabilization time. The successful completion of the boiler hydrostatic test marks the finish of all installation work on the heating surfaces of Boiler No. 3, creating the conditions for the subsequent acid cleaning and commissioning of the boiler to be carried out as scheduled.
