Operational challenge: Adjust the air-fuel ratio in a timely manner based on the volume of acidic gases. The most common blockages are the liquid sulfur outlet of the sulfur condensation cooler, and the inlet filter screen of the sulfur seal tank. If the air supply is not timely, the demisting mesh of the ultra-cold tower will become clogged; in severe cases, the ultra-cold water will turn milky in color and contain sulfur particles
