Ladies and gentlemen: Due to new projects in the domestic gas industry in recent years, many small-scale syngas plants have been built. These smaller plants operate under relatively ideal conditions owing to the composition of the gases used. However, large-scale plants are designed specifically for syngas production, with the reducing gases in the feedstock reaching the values specified in the design; under certain conditions, these gases can cause steel to disintegrate. At present, all large-scale plants in China choose to import complete sets of equipment as required by the process package suppliers. Which domestic manufacturers are capable of carrying out internal welding under such special operating conditions?
